FAQs
Can i track my parcel? – Yes, when your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can see where your products are at the moment. Double check you junk mail / spam folder, sometimes the email ends up there.
Can i cancel my order? – If your order has not yet left our warehouse. Please contact us immediately to find out at info@postertales.com and we will help you.
How do i return an order? – Please note that the return must be sent back to Sweden. Contact us at info@postertales.com and we will send you instructions. You are responsible for postage and shipping costs. Your return package must be well-protected and the products must be in the same condition as when you received them.
Is there a fee for returns? – Yes, a fee of 5 Euro / £ 5 / $ 5 / 50 Kronor (depending on your currency) will be deducted from your refund.
Why haven´t i received a collection notification? – If you do not receive a collection notification after five days of placing your order, please contact us. It may be because the mobile number provided at purchase is incorrect. Make sure to get in touch with us immediately, since your parcel will only be held at the collection point for 14 days, and we charge £ 30 for uncollected parcels.
Can i order posters with my own pictures and dimensions? – No, not at the moment. Perhaps we will offer you that possibility in the future.
